Rain scented Candles

I love the smell of ozone before/after/while it's raining (which it's doing right now, and even thought it's cold out I've got the window cracked so I can smell the wet.). However, no matter how much perfumers try, they can not recreate that smell. It's like things touted to smell like the ocean, breeze dried laundry, or cut grass. No one can reproduce anything that is close to the original. However, they can reproduce sickening smells like "new car" EW. What other smells do they make, but fall woefully short?
