Yada Yada Yada...

At the library. Just finished with work. Taped nine and a half palets worth of boxes with the water taper thing. I looked like I was turning into a reptile because all that damned glue was sticking to me. I also ripped my nail off at work. It hurt like a bitch and Jason just laughed at me.

Got my Financial Aid letter thing. Didn't get any work study. Damned communists.

Went and saw the Stepford Wives with my tratorious friend Toshia. The wench went and saw it with Tiffy and Sara first. Five movies isn't that much dear!!!!!

Whining because my Daddy can't make it down this weekend. It's all Mel's fault. She ripped the money tree out with her car. (Funny story should blog that) Now I have to live with mildew in my porch. Ew. I wish I was all handy Tim "the toolman" Taylor. I can do some of it, but I'm not wonder woman.

And my flowers haven't come up yet. I planted them four days ago so there's still six more days before it's a certianty that I've killed them.

Untill later.

went saving horses and riding cowboys...

Well, at least that was the plan. Instead, Me and Tosh went to the Buffalo rodeo and watched some very fine cowboys ride horses and got mud splashed on my car. (Which I still haven't washed off.)

Of course the moron who got the nice black chev stuck in the muddy ditch was a woman. How stupid are some people? She was trying to back a four by out of the mud. Duh, woman! Push it into four wheel and speed right on out. Of course some guy had to do that, which is how I ended up with a dirty car. I was waiting for it to come in my open window, but the guy didn't have enough skills for that.

That wonderful land down under....

First they give us those wonderfully faithful sticks that work like my dogs they call boomerangs. Then they give me my future husband Keith Urban. And I am Happy. Next came Heath Ledger and I fell in love. Now they are supply Ryan Kwanten, the hottie that plays Jay on the WB's Summerland.

It comes on Tuesdays and he's yummy. I could listen to him talk all day... and a few other things...*wink**Big sigh*

My lovely music...

I just bought Faith Hill's Cry CD. I was sort of suprised by it. It made me realize what everyone was railing about "Faith going pop." It makes me think of a WLTE music format. It's one of those records you pop on when you're gonna have some seduction going on. It's not all about love, but heart break and finding identity, but it's a relaxing record.

I've also been Jamming to Keith Urban's The Ranch album. I love the song Desiree. I think that just proves that I'm sullen and depressing and melodramatic at heart.

Unplesant movie experiences....

Last night me and Tosh, Anna, Tiff, and a few other people went to see Shrek 2 since me and Tiff were the only ones who hadn't seen it yet.

***Some movie spoilers obviously coming***

My favorite part was when Shrek choked on the spoon. I lost it and laughed so freakin' hard I missed the next couple minutes of the movie. Puss in Boots is also adorable. I love Antonio Bandaras. Plus, Holding out for a Hero is an absolutely awsome song.

The sucky part came when some stupid chick when off on us about disturbing "People wanting to enjoy the movie". Which was stupid because we are rather serious movie goers. We talk quietly when asking questions and rarely get up. I think Anna did that once. We were gennerally baffeled that she freaked out on us. I was prolly the worst person because I laughed and I sang abit of Hero.

Oh well. We ofcouse topped the night off with Perkins.

Question...

What does a '69 Tempest look like?

The lord was not smiling...

Smarty Jones lost. Atleast my third place horse came in first. That means some winning money is still possible. Right. Don't want to post too long. Stole Erin's comp after a long day at work. I just want to go home and read. Found a new author. Stephanie Laurens I think it is. Also have some Hailey North and Susan Johnson on deck. Promise lots more tomarra when I go to the Library.

Belmont day...

Go Smarty Jones!

Busy late last night...

Went and saw Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban last night. Was extremely excited because it's my favorite book of the first four. I like the fifth book too but it makes me sad. (Is that vague enough without giving anything away?)

Anyhow, Sirius Black is my favorite character from Harry's world. It just upsets me so much that they couldn't find a hot actor to play him. I guess that ends all fantasy's about him. LoL. Also, Wood is not in this movie and I'm insanely in lust with that actor. He's so adorible.

Oh, and the Weasley twins have Beatles haircuts.

Philosophy at 11 in the morning...

Got an email from Shauna that was deep. And sorta amusing. Here it is for your pleasure:

WORDS TO LIVE BY

Accept that some days you're the pigeon,
and some days you're the statue.

Always keep your words soft and sweet,
just in case you have to eat them.

Always read stuff that will make you look
good if you die in the middle of it.

Drive carefully. It's not only cars that
can be recalled by their maker.

Eat a live toad in the morning and nothing
worse will happen to you for the rest of the day.

If you can't be kind, at least have the
decency to be vague.

If you lend someone $20, and never see
that person again, it was probably worth it.

It may be that your sole purpose in life
is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Never buy a car you can't push.

Never put both feet in your mouth at the
same time, because then you don't
have a leg to stand on.

Nobody cares if you can't dance well.
Just get up and dance.

The early worm gets eaten by the bird,
so sleep late.

When everything's coming your way,
you're in the wrong lane.

Birthdays are good for you; the more
you have, the longer you live.

You may be only one person in the world,
but you may also be the world to one person.

Some mistakes are too much fun
to only make once.

Don't cry because it's over;
smile because it happened.

We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty, some
are dull, some have weird names, and
all are different colors but they all
have to learn to live in the same box.

A truly happy person is one who can
enjoy the scenery on a detour.

Happiness comes through doors you
didn't even know you left open.

I know some of them are the things that people get in email all the time like "You could be the world to one person." But The worm one was funny and so was the statue one. Or maybe it was just me.

Forever...

It's been forever since I've written. I now have figgured out how to use the internet for the most part so hopefully, this will work out better. Right now I'm at the library and checking email. I've got five books or so on hold and three more at home that still need my attention. Lucky for me, I don't have to be to work untill noon on monday. I'm also pleased as punch I don't have to look at anymore stupid Cheerios boxes. I now hate the damned things. Hopefully, by the time they get the new shipment of them in I'll safely be ensconsed in another special project so I don't have to assemble stupid gift bag kits. Ick. All right I'm done.
